This return policy is strictly for products purchased directly from us on www.flujostore.com. Purchases made on other platforms please kindly contact the relevant platform service providers.

 

Cancellation of Products 

Cancellation before delivery ：	24 hours before delivery
Cancellation after the 24 hours timeline:	An administrative fee of 10% is chargeable
Refund	Refund will be processed within 14 working days through the same mode of payment used.

 

Return of Products

Validity Period ：	7 Days from the date you received the product based on our tracking records
Conditions of return:	• Goods are returned in the Original Packaging and in Excellent Condition • Products must not be assembled • Products which are assembled are not eligible for returns. • Damaged Products will be rejected
Return Shipping & Admin Fee	$80.00
Refund	Refund will be processed within 14 working days through the same mode of payment used.
